I have been using Telegram for a long time. It’s straightforward, and most Telegram features save time and make my day-to-day life so much easier. To change your default folder, press and hold a folder in your chat list > Reorder > and drag your preferred folder to the first space. There's also a hidden menu that appears when you long-press on the Send button. Choose Schedule message to delay sending until a time in the future.
